OVERALL RECORD: 3-0-0, +2.45 units

LOCK OF THE DAY RECORD: 0-0-0, +0.0 units

The rules of my gambling will be simple. Provide daily picks at odds better than -150. No type of bet is off limit. Spread bets, money line bets, teasers, over/unders, and parlays are all allowed. If a future is bet, it will be recorded at the bottom until it wins or loses. All bets will be one unit ($10) unless stated. Lets gamble!

Recap

Clean sweep yesterday! All three games won with ease. The Rockets Wizards over hit easily as the game went into overtime. Harden had a double double, with 54 points and 13 assists. The Texans ran all over the Titans 34-17, with Lamar Miller breaking his second career 97 yard touchdown run. Mariota was an outstanding 22/23 with 303 yards and 2 TDs, but the offense somehow only managed 17 points. The Texans now lead the South by 2 games and seem like a playoff team. Finally, the Capitals beat the Islanders 4-1 Monday night, pulling away with two goals in the third period. Ovechkin scored, with Tom Wilson adding two goals. Even though the Islanders outshot the Caps, Braden Holtby was outstanding with 32 saves. Capitals win their sixth straight.

Manchester City (-1.5 EVEN) VS Olympique Lyon

The Champions League returns today, with Matchday 5 getting underway. Manchester City travels to France still undefeated in the Premier League. They are on fire, scoring nearly five goals a game over their last four games. One of those games being the Manchester Derby where they steamrolled United. While Lyon are in second place in Ligue 1, they are fifteen points behind PSG. Their Champions League form is not the best either, drawing their last three matches. Manchester City can qualify for the knockout round with a win today and love to score goals. City should be able to score three or four goals today, while also keeping a clean sheet.

Buffalo Sabres (ML at +112) vs San Jose Sharks

The Western Conference pre season favorite San Jose Sharks visit the surprise team in the Eastern Conference, Buffalo Sabres. The Sabres are somehow 16-6-2, with a 8-2-1 home record. If you were to bet on the Sabres every time they played, you would be +1144 units. Their defense has been their strength, being ranked fifth in the penalty kill and goals allowed. The Sharks on the other hand, are not a great team on the road with a losing record. With a 3-9 record against Buffalo in their last twelve, the Sharks have no fared well against Buffalo. To go along with that, the home team is also 4-1 in the last five games when these two teams meet. The Sabres look prime to win their tenth straight game.

Nevada Wolfpack (-4.5 at -110) vs Loyola-Chicago Ramblers

Nevada squares off against last year’s Final Four surprise team, Loyola-Chicago. Ranked number five in the country, Nevada is one of the country’s best teams. Averaging 92 points a game, the Wolfpack can score the ball. The Martin twins lead the team offensively with Caleb leading with 21 points a game and Cody averaging 6 assists a game. The Ramblers are 1-4 ATS in their last five non conference games, while Nevada is 4-1. Loyola defends real well, only giving up 62.5 point per game, but have scored less than eighty in three out of their five games. Nevada will score the ball, easily beating the Ramblers.
