Daily gambling picks 11/26/18

OVERALL RECORD: 0-0-0, +0.0 units

LOCK OF THE DAY RECORD: 0-0-0, +0.0 units

The rules of my gambling will be simple. Provide daily picks at odds better than -150. No type of bet is off limit. Spread bets, money line bets, teasers, over/unders, and parlays are all allowed. If a future is bet, it will be recorded at the bottom until it wins or loses. All bets will be one unit ($10) unless stated. Lets gamble!

Houston Texans (-3 at -140) vs Tennessee Titans

Monday Night Football is an AFC South divisional matchup with Houston winners of seven straight games. These teams met earlier in the year, with the Titans winning the showdown 20-17. Both teams have drastically changed since then as well. Houston has not lost since the second to last week of September, while Tennessee has been wildly inconsistent. They have been able to beat the AFC Champion Patriots and embarrass the NFC East leading Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football, but have not been able to back those wins up with losses against the 4-7 Buffalo Bills and a blowout four touchdown loss to the Indianapolis Colts. On the flip side, Deshaun Watson has been phenomenal at home this year, averaging 294 yards a game. Throwing for more than 200 yards in five of the seven wins, Watson and DeAndre Hopkins have connected with touchdowns in five consecutive games. With the Texans looking to run away with the AFC South, they should easily cover against the Titans.

Washington Wizards vs Houston Rockets OVER (224.5 at -110)

The Wizards and Rockets meet for a cross conference matchup in the nation’s capital. Neither team has been off to the best start, with the Rockets at 9-9 and the Wizards at 7-12. Giving up an average of 117 points a game, the Wizards rank bottom 5 in the league in that category. Going along with James Harden always being able to drop big numbers, the over looks good. The over is 13-6 this season for the Wizards not only because of their poor defense, but because they are 11th in the league in scoring. Bradley Beal averages twenty a game, enough to lead the team in scoring. A shootout could be in store tonight in Washington.

Washington Capitals (ML at -119) vs New York Islanders

The defending Stanley Cup champions roll into New York winning six out of their last seven games. Both teams played in New York on Saturday, earning victories against the Rangers and Hurricanes respectively. Being the fifth best scoring team in the league, the Capitals are going to attack the Islanders who are middle of the ground defensively. Giving up 3 goals a game and giving up 33 shots per game, Ovechkin and company should be able to dominate offensively. The Islanders are also 1-6 in their last seven games played on Monday and the over is 4-0-1 in the last 5 Monday games played by the Capitals. The Capitals will be able to score goals and handle the Islanders.
